The aim of this study is to examine the planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation of moral character development at the Daarul Rahman Kateman Islamic boarding school. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, involving both written and oral documents from individuals or participants observed by the researcher. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the Daarul Rahman Kateman Islamic boarding school manages moral character development activities through a structured process of planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation. Several factors influence its implementation; supporting factors include good cooperation between the leadership, teachers, and the boarding school administrators, as well as support from the students' parents. On the other hand, hindering factors include limited educational personnel resources, negative environments, mass media influence, and a lack of student awareness
